Stacia Morris spent the majority of her career working for Fortune 500 companies over the last 26 years, primarily for IBM Global Finance where she developed leasing methodologies in Latin American countries. A featured motivational speaker who has appeared on television and radio, Morris also works with many non-profit organizations teaching adults and teens about money management. Once a teacher, Morris taught High School and Adult Education in the Caribbean, right out of college, and is one of the inaugural examiners of the Caribbean Examination Council. Morris holds a Post-MBA and MBA from Pace University, a BA in Economics (Honors), University of the West Indies, and Financial Advisor designations Series 6, 63 and 67. She currently resides in Connecticut.

Jhonasttan Regalado, Sr. ITG associate with Macquarie Securities, manages a team of experienced application support professionals on project and support issues. Regalado oversees daily operations and uptime of business applications as part of the follow-the-sun model. He works closely with the business and development support group to ensure seamless delivery of business objectives and in establishing direct strategic long term infrastructure goals, policies and procedures. Regalado worked as AVP of Equity IT for Nomura Securities International for eight years where he implemented and supported a commission and recapture system for the US sales team and company clients. He holds an MS in Management of Technology and Innovation in Financial Services from Polytechnic University, NY and BBA in Computer Information Systems from Bernard Baruch College, NY. His licenses and certifications include Series 7, 63, 55, ITIL V3 Foundations, and he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Regalado is blessed to be the husband of Yasmin and father of three wonderful children.

President of McLean Enterprise, Inc. , Morris oversees a boutique style business strategy, marketing and web solutions company in Stamford, CT. Her company helps business owners with communication strategy, business plans, branding campaigns and graphic design, as well as web development. Morris executes many of the skills she developed while working at a Virginia law school for seven years. Former Director of External Relations & Community Affairs at Regent Law School, Morris oversaw law school relations with national and regional constituencies for strategy and communications. As Director of Marketing & Communications, Morris developed communication strategy, creative web and print materials for Admissions, Alumni Relations, Deans Initiatives, other law departments and programs, conferences, et al. Morris considers her greatest privilege to be the opportunity to help others see the potential she sees in them. Her undergraduate studies were done at the University of Notre Dame and her graduate fellowship at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. |

Josyl L. Barchue, former Business and Development Analyst at IBM Global Financing, has developed and customized databases, written test cases, performed system testing and provided global support and training to other Business Analysts. He has also overseen design review meetings and interfaced with programmers to develop complete system functionality. A current law student at Fordham Law School, Barchue has conducted federal litigation clinical fieldwork, assisted and coordinated all phases of litigation, filed motions, researched legal issues, assisted depositions and participated in trials and pre-trial conferences. He has also researched various tort law issues and drafted Memoranda of Law for a 20-attorney insurance defense firm specializing in the areas of premises liability, labor law, automobile liability and products liability. He has also conducted investigations, counseled clients and attended court appearances. Barchue is an avid Mets fan and an honors graduate of Boston College. His aspirations include practicing in intellectual property and eventually creating an intellectual property/e-commerce consulting group. |

A. Sonia Morris is currently VP of Operations at McLean Enterprise, Inc. Morris oversees the day to day operations of the boutique style business strategy, educational marketing and web solutions company in Stamford, CT. She earned an M.A. in Public Policy and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. In 2002. Before graduate school, she spent 9 years at IBM in various administrative and IT roles. In 1995, 5 weeks after graduating from SUNY, magna cum laude, at age 30, she suffered a massive brain hemorrhage that resulted in a life-threatening stroke and paralysis. Through divine intervention and the successful use of medical technology, God miraculously restored her two years later to go on to study and complete two graduate degrees. She has recently returned from a year of teaching in a Western-Style business program at a university in Tianjin, China where she discovered a true passion for teaching. |

Ms. Edwards was born in Kingstown, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines. At age 12, she migrated to Brooklyn, New York. Encouraged to embrace education as the key to success by her father, Edwards earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2006 at CUNY Queens Law School, and a M.P.A. at LIU, Brooklyn Campus in 2001, where she was the Graduate Symbolic Recipient and a Phi Beta Kappa. Edwards earned a B.S. in Biology from SUNY Stony Brook in 1992. In 1993, Edwards worked in the NYC Department of Health as a Public Health Sanitarian. She is currently the Deputy Director with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Veterinary Public Health Services. Admitted to practice law in New York State, Edwards has experience in matters involving animals, health, immigration, and family law. Ms. Edwards has dedicated her life to helping others, and strongly believes that if she can positively impact one life during her lifetime, she would have done her job.

Ms. Barchue is the Patient Care Center Director at the James J. Peters VA Hospital in the Bronx. She oversees five departments and a staff of approximately 250 people.
Barchue joined the Department of Veterans Affairs in 1982 as a staff nurse and in 1985 was promoted to a Clinical Nurse Manager and served in that capacity until 2005 when she became Patient Care Center Director. Over 24 years of leadership experience, she has been very successful in motivating her team to be efficient and effective, while leading them through many organizational changes.
Barchue received her nursing Diploma in London, England, a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership from Sacred Heart University, Connecticut and a Master in Science in Organization and Management with a Specialization in Leadership from Capella University, Minnesota. She holds a Certificate in Nursing Management from Fairfield University, Connecticut and is a graduate of the Northeast Healthcare Leadership Institute and holds the distinction of VHA Fellow Mentor.

Mark-Anthony Williams is the Senior Operation Manager for Victory Schools, Inc, one of the most successful providers of school management and advisory services in our nation, supporting schools and school districts in creating outstanding public schools. A graduate of Hunter College, he oversees school operations and reporting to ensure compliance with the requirements of the New York State Education and Charter Laws. These duties include, Facilities Management, Student Transportation services, Student Information Systems, Health and Safety, Procurement, Inventory Management and Staff Training. Williams is responsible for the training of onsite business managers for eight New York State Charter Schools and for conducting professional development workshops for site managers throughout the school year. While focused primarily on New York, he has provided services for Chicago and Philadelphia school districts as well. Outside of his work duties, he is a devoted husband and father of two. He also serves as the leader of the Young Adults Ministry at Times Square Church on Broadway. |

In Jackie’s current role, she supports an executive management team in reporting business and financial results. In support of company missions, she has lived and worked in The Netherlands and Canada. She has also traveled extensively in Europe and throughout Asia Pacific. Her roles have included management, business analysis, systems development and deployment, accounting, pricing and business transformation. In her spare time, she enjoys the arts, theatre and the support of causes which benefit children and young people. She has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Carolina. |
